The Kansas City Community Kitchen, a cornerstone of NourishKC, is more than just a place to enjoy a meal; it’s a hub of hope and support for our community. Nestled in the heart of Kansas City, our kitchen serves nutritious meals with dignity and compassion to those facing hunger and homelessness. Beyond nourishing the body, we strive to nourish the spirit, offering a welcoming environment where individuals can find warmth, companionship, and resources to help them on their journey toward stability and self-sufficiency. Through the dedication of our volunteers and the generosity of our donors, we’re not just feeding people; we’re building a stronger, more compassionate community, one meal at a time.

The Kitchen is open every Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., including weekday holidays and inclement weather.

We are located on the southeast corner of 8th and Paseo in the Paseo West neighborhood in the basement floor of the Downtown Community Service Center (aka: The Beehive).
