Mandi Jean Retter to lead organization aimed at addressing food insecurity

Kansas City, Mo. – Jan. 31, 2023 – NourishKC, a Kansas City non-profit dedicated to addressing food insecurities and promoting healthy outcomes, has announced Mandi Jean Retter will serve as the Interim Executive Director of the organization.

I remain committed to ensuring that all members of our community have access to nutritious food and look forward to furthering NourishKC’s mission and vision through the expansion of our food rescue and culinary training programs.”

Board Chair Lindsay Harmon said, “Mandi’s knowledge of the organization, her passion for service and her dedication to action, make her uniquely qualified to lead NourishKC during this transition period.,” “The Board of Directors is enthusiastic about having her continue her service to NourishKC as the Interim Executive Director and we’re excited about what the future holds.”
